What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager with a high-performing mindset to push the boundaries in focusing on maximising and delivering recurring revenue for Dare’s Dare’s new Product line on Asset Optimising, Power Insights and Data Analytics. You will have experience delivering results against ambitious targets, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships, the ability to spot opportunities for growth, and identify new business prospects.
You’ll have
- Proven experience as Business Development Manager in a fast-paced competitive market.
- Previous electricity market experience - origination, trading, consulting, asset management, or energy market modelling.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, including the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Commercial acumen
- Proven ability to understand complex problems and design innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage both internal and external relationships appropriately.
- Excellent presentation skills clearly conveying experience, confidence, and strength of the product.
- A desire for continual learning and development.

Desirable
- Experience in energy storage optimisation, renewables Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), or structured product origination, along with Data Insights.
- Developing and/or running analytical/technical pricing models.
- Performing economic or project financial evaluations.
- Graduate degree in business/STEM fields beneficial.
